Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through this online store.

The seller (hereinafter – Seller) and the person placing the order (hereinafter – Buyer) enter into a distance contract in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

2. Ordering & Payment

All jewelry is custom-made after an order is placed.

  • The Buyer submits an order by specifying the product type, size, and quantity.

  • Payment must be made only after receiving a second invoice that includes shipping information.

  • The invoice will be sent via email and is valid without a signature.

3. Production & Delivery

  • Production time: up to 4 weeks from the date payment is received.

  • Delivery time: up to 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination country and postal service availability.

  • The total order fulfillment time may take up to 8 weeks.

Shipping options:

  • Within Latvia: via Omniva parcel terminal for €3.

  • Free local pickup available by prior arrangement.
  • International delivery costs and estimated shipping time will be specified in the second invoice, based on the destination.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the item by notifying the Seller via email.

  • The product must be returned within 4 weeks from the date of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

Important:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.

5. Responsibility

The Buyer is responsible for preserving the quality and condition of the product during the return period.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return or withhold a partial refund if:

  • the product is returned damaged,

  • used improperly,

  • returned without its original packaging,

  • or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

6. Data Processing

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data may be used for processing the order and organizing delivery in accordance with data protection laws of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer also agrees to receive email notifications related to their order.
